Finally ticking over into single figures with a midweek Half for number 41. 10 minute downpour after 4km assured I was soaked for the duration. 🤣

After two weeks off with the lurgy, that's me back with Half Marathon 40 out of 50. 80% complete. Yass!

Half Marathon 39 of 90… was coming down with some hideous bug but determined to get to 40 by the end of August. Will probably regret this one.

Mid-week run with a few loops and a late finish. That's three quarters of the challenge completed and only 12 runs to go.

This was an unpleasantly hot one to return to after a holiday but it still ticks another one off the list. 37 complete, 13 to go!

A warm but breezy half this morning (6th Aug) for half marathon number 36 with a bit of a longer ramble on the video. We've topped the £3000 mark in sponsorship. Thanks for all your support.

Forgot to post after run 34 so today is a doubler. 34 was a jolly old tour around "facts" relating to the number 34 and a pleasant temperature for running.

33 Half Marathons completed, more pleasant temperatures for running and kept the route flat. After the next one I'll be more than 2/3 complete for the challenge. Huzzah!

A wee bit late in uploading the video from Half Marathon 32 of 50. Did this run on Tuesday 22nd July after seeing Oasis on the 20th in Manchester. See how many blatant Oasis references you can spot.

A rainy run in Cumberland for number 31. This one was with my ultra-running brother-in-law, Duncan. We'd originally intended to do a run around the base of Skiddaw but the forecast of thunder and lightning meant a rethink and we did a road run between Cockermouth and Bassenthwaite instead. We did, indeed get a fair soaking. If you'd like to sponsor me, you can do so via my fundraising page at:
