Great, cold and crisp weather for today's run. The back roads had very much not been gritted so it was tricky trying not to slide back down the hills or onto my backside at times.
My left knee was suffering a lot by the end of the 21km and my leg was mainly used as a rigid stick to stop me falling over for the rest of the day. By teatime, I was able to bend it again without too much discomfort, though.
